In the middle of this period can be winter and snow, but not always. Although it can be very cold also when there is no snow at all. The lowest temperature can be about minus 30 degrees.
Summer can be very nice, but it’s very short also. It’s amazing but temperature in summer can be above plus 30 degrees.
I would say the weather is good for sales-people because you can sell products for every season.
